REMOVING SPYWARE

  Spyware, Adware and Malware all have one thing in common they place themselves in your system without asking first and proceed to cause problems or mine your personal data. The first step in preventing spyware is to use a more secure browser such as Firefox and avoid "Questionable" sites.  

 

 To remove Spyware simply download 2 free programs called:

• SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY
• Ad-Aware SE Personal

 At least once a week run these two programs separately and delete or quarantine the files it finds. The first time I ran Spybot in 2001 (I think) It found over 200 spyware files. Spybot also has a immunize button that will help block spyware from getting into your system in the first place. Make sure to run both programs though as sometimes one will find something the other won't.
